READY to Lead is for healthcare professionals who have spent their careers in clinical work and have just stepped into their first leadership role, and who feel unsure of themselves and their leadership skills. In the military I mentored hundreds of nurses and other professionals as they moved into key positions and earned promotions to the next rank, and I bring that same support here. Together we build your skills so you lead with confidence, knowledge and resilience.
